If you’ve followed my blog at all, you definitely recognize this team. It warms my heart like nothing else when my dear clients come back to me year after year for their family photography. I always love getting to see them and how much their littles have grown! And i’ve been lucky enough to capture this family four different times now! To see how much macho max has grown and changed, click HERE or HERE or HERE. Max and his parents captured my heart the first time i met them and Max just keeps rocking these family photo sessions, i look forward to seeing the little guy he grows to be in the coming years.
we did this session at the zoo which was so perfect for so many reasons. Carrie and Rob met while working at the zoo, both still work there, and what little guy doesn’t love the zoo? we had amazing light, great weather and lots to keep max entertained (who am i kidding, i love getting to go to the zoo, too!)
he’s such a cool dude.
i don’t know what it is exactly about this image but i just love it. how cute is he?!
this one is my fave fave FAVE!!!
you guys, as always, thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for continuing to choose me for your family photography. I know Max will cherish these images when he’s our age. xxJBZ

your perfect family weekend:
sleeping till at least 7 AM, followed by a trip to the donut shop, and then making our way to Target (for things that we clearly need) – playtime and picnic at the park…come home for a long nap (for all of us).
Dinner at El Vaquero….where Max is perfectly behaved of course :)…and then home for legos, trains, book, bath, and bed!
