A long time ago, I mentioned to my baby brother that when it comes time to propose to his amazing girlfriend, Brittany, that he should have me photograph it. JJ had our amazing friends photograph ours when he proposed and those images are so special to me. Its such a special moment that deserves to be captured for all eternity. A proposal deserves to be photographed, no matter where or how its done. So, a couple months ago, he just told me to keep May 25th open. That was it. No details, nothing. I had an idea of why I needed to pencil him in, but I also told a friend that if it was just to photograph their dog or something, I was gonna be heartbroken. May 25th is a special date for brad and Britt because on that date in 2014, they went on their first date..a hot air balloon ride. Brad had it all planned out. So amazing. Then, two days later, Brittany left for Germany… for a YEAR. They stayed in contact via messenger and letters and packages back and forth. Then she came home and they officially started their relationship. Brittany’s basically been a member of our family for a while now, I couldn’t have picked a better match for my baby brother. She puts up with all our craziness, our loud crazy family, fist fights between sisters at thanksgiving, nosy siblings, all of it, and she keeps coming back for more. And now since he put a ring on her finger, she can officially be in our family photos!
For the actual proposal, Brad set up a trail throughout the house of all their fun memories together, photos and notes, and memorabilia. It was so sweet and he was freaking out the whole time. Once we were hidden in the backyard, he could not stop pacing. And when asked what he said when he actually popped the question, they both say they blacked out. She was in shock and shaking and it was one of the most special things I’ve been asked to be a part of.

Congratulations again, you guys. Brad, thank you for letting me be a part of such a special moment. Brittany, we all adore you, welcome to the family. I love you both so so much. xxJBZ
Tracy Steffen - Jenny – I am Lynn Eviston’s sister. We have a younger brother. Lynn is the oldest sibling. Lynn is only one who had children in our family. Therefore, all four of the children, as well as their Father, mean the world to us. Our Mom is the children’s only grandparent who is alive – she adores and loves all four of her grandchildren. You do such a great capturing the personality of the children, and you have created memories forever. Meagan and Dan are very special, intelligent, hardworking, and fun individuals who are in love and ready to become one forever. Thank you for sharing some of your favorite pictures. They are awesome.
