This beautiful family is no stranger to my blog! I was delighted when i heard from lauren that they wanted to schedule a family photography session around Henry’s first birthday. I haven’t seen his sweet face since he was a super squishy adorable newborn! I have to admit i’m always a little nervous before any session, and sessions with littles are no different.. who knows how they are going to react to a stranger with a big camera in front of their face. but henry was a natural in front of the camera! he was laughing and smiling from the minute we all got out of the cars. I could not get enough of him. And watching the three of them together, the cutest. He loves his mommy and daddy. here’s a peek at some of my favorites from the session, it was super hard to narrow it down!

Hi friends!! can’t believe its been 4 weeks since i last posted an update! Cant believe i have less than 14 weeks left! AH!! Time is flying by so fast! I’m still feeling great, only just starting to get the teeniest bit uncomfortable, mostly when bending down or trying to put on shoes. so that should be fun as i get bigger. lol I’m so glad the bump is more defined now and i don’t just look like i ate too many cupcakes (which is also true). I’m living in my maternity leggings.. if you know me you know thats no surprise, i live in leggings anyways. We are making good headway on the nursery. New carpet has been installed and i think we are officially done painting. I’m excited to start getting things in there to get some of these huge boxes out of the living room. I’m very much looking forward to Thanksgiving this week and i’m sure i’ll post some photos from that next week. I’ve officially stopped running. But i’m still taking walks as long as the weather isn’t bad and i’m still doing yoga. I went to the doctor today and my weight gain is pretty much on track and everything looks “perfect and normal and healthy” according to my doc. I love getting to hear little miss’s heartbeat every time i go. She is swimming up a storm in there and its really an insane feeling. I’m pretty addicted to feeling it, my hand is almost always on my belly.. Here are some highlights from the last 4 weeks..

*celebrated our youngest niece’s birthday in dayton w the family

*23 weeks

*visit and shopping w faye and jojo

*still yoga-ing

*24 weeks!

*we registered!

*a fab yoga class w my girl maegan

*i cannot resist all the adorable baby girl outfits!

*before and after the new carpet was put in

*visit with mandy and nolan

*fresh hair for all the fun holidays and events coming up. #rootsarefortrees

*26 weeks!

*glucose test at the dr this morning. i failed. ugh. so i have to go back for the three hour next week. lets hope i pass that one. me getting put on a restricted diet isn’t gonna be fun for anyone.

High school senior photography used to be all i did when i worked at a studio in beavercreek. It holds a special place in my heart even tho i don’t do nearly as many seniors as i once did. And this guy especially was fun to photograph. I cannot believe he’s going to be graduating in a few short months. Doesn’t seem like that long ago that he was just a little guy! I think technically he is my first cousin once removed, or something like that. I’ve always just called him and his brothers my “little cousins” even tho, they are all bigger than me now. lol

We started out at some locations around his school and i about died when i saw these arches. i adore archways like this!

And those blue eyes! are you kidding me?we had the BEST fall day. I’m not sorry it looks like that sky is on fire behind him. love love love all that fall color! this smile. i just adore this one. i tend to try to make a fool out of myself a lot to make people laugh to get genuine reactions out of them (because those make the best photos, duh). And Ryan definitely was laughing at me multiple times. But i don’t mind at all when it gave me images like this one! And those leaves!

Ryan, i wish you nothing but the best as you finish out your senior year and can’t wait to see where you decide to go to college!

This fall has been amazing for family photography sessions. Simply amazing. Plus it doesn’t hurt that i get to photograph some of the best families around! And this team, should need absolutely no introduction. They are no strangers to this blog. Mandy has been in front of my camera since my first photography class in junior high, so she’s pretty much a pro. Some of their past sessions can be seen HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE (just to name a few, lol). Nolan is almost 2 now and he’s grown so much in the last year! And has so much hair now!

More fall family photography!! This fall has been SO gorgeous here in Ohio. I’ve loved every minute i’ve gotten to spend outside with some of my favorite families! This team is no stranger to the blog. I’ve been lucky enough to photograph them 5 times! Getting to see sweet baby Will grow into this crazy adorable little guy has been so amazing! AND i just love how Lynn always coordinates their outfits perfectly!i mean, are you kidding me? that smile?! that little thumb thru his belt loop.
