here we are! a couple weeks into the THIRD TRIMESTER and just a couple days before Christmas! Things are still going pretty good. I’m starting to get a little uncomfortable and tired and sleeping is getting more difficult. I miss being able to sleep on my stomach!
Since my last update, we’ve had Thanksgiving and a beautiful shower that my sisters and one of my best friends ever threw for us! I don’t think we’ve made much more progress on the nursery since my last post. We’re waiting on furniture before finalizing where everything goes and the wall displays. I went to the doctor last week and everything is still looking good. Weight gain is still on track, not gaining too much, thank goodness, even tho i feel like a whale. Little Miss’s movements have changed some, instead of sharp jabs and pokes they’re now more of a slow roll, feeling much more alien like. She loves to hang out up on the right side of my rib cage, which feels awesome. ;-/ I’m starting to get pretty terrified of giving birth, but i guess thats pretty natch. We have one more ultrasound next week that i’m super excited about. Also on the schedule is a tour of the maternity ward, a meeting with a pediatrician and a childbirth class. On top of 3 Christmas parties this week, my last wedding before little girl arrives, a columbus shower, and maybe a trip to michigan. Time is flying by and we really only have 2 months left to get everything done, if we’re lucky!
