This bunch is definitely no stranger to this blog. one of my very favorite families, the Sommer family. many of you know, faye faye is one of my very best friends, she’s my person (anyone get that reference?). I love her and her family as if they were part of my own. Andy and i pick on each other as if he were my own brother and i love these girls as much as my own nieces. One of the perks of photographing them each year is that i get to print off which ones i want of them for my own frames. i’ve talked about this family lots in the past, so this time, i’ll let the images speak for themselves.

haha don’t mind jojo’s bitter beer face; evie’s plethora of smiles more than made up for jojo’s lack of smiles. i love love love these next two of Eves with Andy, such great expressions from them both!love how Evie is tick, tick, tickling andy’s face.. presh.Evester, i heart you.
i adore this unexpected, genuine, candid shot of andy. how cute is it that eves totally shocked him, and look at her piggie tails flying! 

remember this photo of evie back in february? this pic totally reminds me of that. As big sister, she loves being the center of attention.

and of course, one of me w my best friend, my person. doing what we do best, laughing over something probably not really that funny.

how they met, as told by faye: We met in college through a mutual friend.  We dated for a couple months and then were just friends for a few years.   Luckily Andy finally realized I was the girl for him (since I couldn’t seem to ever stop having a huge crush on him 🙂

best piece of mommy/daddy advice:

When you have a newborn (until they are eating solid food)  ALWAYS go one size up once you start to have “blow outs” on the diapers…it may not be the prettiest piece of advice…but it will save you loads of laundry 🙂

Also…with potty training…put the pullups on OVER their underware…that way they can feel what’s going on….vs getting used to the pull up as they are like diapers and make them feel dry.
